VIDEON Chevrolet of Phoenixville, PA, The GREATEST Purchasing Experience!!!! From the very first point of contact, to the handing off the keys to my new 2025 Corvette Z06, this dealership was THE best car purchasing experience I have ever had in my 34 years of buying new cars! This family-owned dealership is truly an operation that should be a benchmark for how dealerships should be run. The sales staff are honest as well as trusting of their customers. The owner is onsite and seems to have successfully demonstrated a warm, honest and respectful environment adopted by everyone employed by the dealership. I contacted the sales department via email to inquire about the New 2025 Corvette Z06 in stock, I let them know that I was also looking at another Corvette at my local dealership and inquired if they could match the price. (Videon Chevy had my preferred color Red Mist Metallic) Mark Hutchinson (sales consultant) informed me that they could do better than the deal at my local dealer. Also, Videon Chevy did not try to add on unnecessary taxes or fees during the F&I prosses. I’m now in my 50’s and I have owned nearly 20 new GM vehicles in my lifetime, and I have never had such a wonderful experience. I left the dealership with handshakes and feeling as if I was given a good honest deal. Everyone from the person at the front desk, to the sales team, the management team, the service team and the owner, made an impression I will never forget and will always recommend. First off, let me say this place is absolutely amazing. Let’s start by speaking on the professionalism, everyone in this place is very respectful and generous just very kind when you first walk in there the receptionist you a greeted and it’s just such a warm feeling. Your not being Bum rushed by sales people like other dealerships these guys were ready and willing to help. The receptionist was very nice. Was able to answer. Any question I may have had for her by phone and in person my sales person Phil, Phil Phil Phil Phil!!! was so amazing. He really made the car buying experience, easy and smooth for me. By answering all questions I may have had working with me understanding my budget and respecting it, he was very on top of communication throughout the few days that I was waiting to purchase my vehicle. And even called to check up and see how the vehicle is running afterwards(which little to no dealers do) I can honestly say his patience was amazing through all of my 99 questions had to ask. The day I purchased my car, I came with my five children Phil has made the car buying process so quick, easy and smooth. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I brought plenty cars before, but this experience at Videon was truly amazing.
