I recently brought my new Chevy Trax to Videon Chevrolet in Phoenixville, PA for the free maintenence and oil change service at 5000 miles and was very pleased at how quick and friendly the service was. While there, my wife and I asked about a 2nd key for the car (since I was only given one key when we received the car back in August of 2024. No sooner had we mentioned this than someone was sent out to find our 2nd key. About 15 minutes later we had another key (so my wife can have her own key) and we were and are, very pleased with the service that we received at Videon Chevrolet in Phoenixville.
