First off, let me say this place is absolutely amazing. Let’s start by speaking on the professionalism, everyone in this place is very respectful and generous just very kind when you first walk in there the receptionist you a greeted and it’s just such a warm feeling. Your not being Bum rushed by sales people like other dealerships these guys were ready and willing to help. The receptionist was very nice. Was able to answer. Any question I may have had for her by phone and in person my sales person Phil, Phil Phil Phil Phil!!! was so amazing. He really made the car buying experience, easy and smooth for me. By answering all questions I may have had working with me understanding my budget and respecting it, he was very on top of communication throughout the few days that I was waiting to purchase my vehicle. And even called to check up and see how the vehicle is running afterwards(which little to no dealers do) I can honestly say his patience was amazing through all of my 99 questions had to ask. The day I purchased my car, I came with my five children Phil has made the car buying process so quick, easy and smooth. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I brought plenty cars before, but this experience at Videon was truly amazing. I am so pleased with my vehicle and confident that I have a very good runner for an amazing price, these guys really made it possible for me children to have the vehicle suitable for our needs Thank you Phil Thank you Videon Chevrolet!!!

Well got off the Rocky start at first but then we got things squared away they worked on my Camaro figured out the problem got it back in the shop ended up the computer failed they got it in and a couple days so I gave them five star didn't wait long to get the car back

I love this place! We have bought two vehicles from Videon. The used one looked brand new when we got it and the new one is spectacular. They have many beautiful cars to choose from. Our salesman was Tom Roberti both times. He is friendly and knowledgeable and gave us the best deal. We were expecting to pay more but ended up paying a little less. I definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Dropped off my Caddy after getting a check engine light for an EVAP purge pump. They got me in the next service day and fixed everything on a recall warranty. Sean was awesome, very easy to deal with. Thanks for the great service guys.
