Purchased 4 new tires, alignment, and inspection. Prices were good, tires were on sale, but at the last minute as I was checking out a 3% credit card fee was added which ended up being $30. It was never mentioned and was not on the invoice, I had to inquire why the charged amount was different. I don’t like these fees and this felt sneaky. I would have used a check if I had known. Service was great otherwise, all good interactions with staff.

Bought a used durango from Matt G. Great experience, everything was quick and seamless. Only issue is the first night I noticed one of the daytime running lights is out. Mad at myself for not checking it before purchasing. I call videon and see if they can do anything for me. The answer is no, try to use the warranty you purchased with the car. I guess I was expecting them to take care of it for me, especially since they also sold the car with their own 3 month warranty. Anyway, make sure everything like that works before purchasing!

Over my years I have purchased several new vehicles along with several certified pre-owned vehicles. It has always been an arduous task. Sales people that make you feel like you are doing them a favor by purchasing a vehicle from them, like you have interrupted their day by asking questions, or made to feel as if you are a nuisance. An inconvenience because you don’t know every detail of information needed to proceed with a purchase off the top of your head. Not to mention there always seems to be an issue to contend with.

The last dealer on the planet that actually has an "Express Service" option!! They even have the old worn out Express Service signs and Express Service parking spaces!! Remember when everybody had an express lane so you can just zip through and get an oil change. My regular GM dealership actually laughed at me on the phone and started debating the semantics of "can I bring my truck in for an oil change while I wait?". Yes, I could have brought my truck in on the next available date in SEPTEMBER and waited for it!!!
